NMB Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (NMBMF) is auctioning its unsold right shares from Magh 05, 2076 to Magh 12, 2076 3 PM.

The company had issued 150% right shares to its shareholders at a par value of Rs 100 per unit. The right issue will raise the capital of Rs.24.30 Crore and increase the paid-up capital from Rs.16.20 Crore to Rs.40.50 Crore.
