Asha Laghubitta forms merger committee; better late than never to feels the heat of NRB instrumented M&A fever

Asha Laghubitta has formulated a merger committee under the coordination of its BoD Mr. Pradip Kumar Khadka which also consists of BoD Mr. Sushan Sherchan and CEO Mr. Badri Prashad Dulal.

The microfinance aims to drive forward the merger and acquisition process in an aggressive gesture following the formation of the committee, as per the media statement.

The microfinance currently has its presence in 28 districts through its 45 branches and serves more than 45 thousand rural households around the nation with Rs 1.92 arba as loan investment.
