Asha Laghubitta conducts orientation and training program for branch managers

Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has conducted a two-day orientation program for its branch managers on Poush 23 and 24, 2073. Head of Department at the microfinance company, Mr. Jiwan Khanal, provided trainings on branch and office management, loan management, and leadership development. Mr. Pramod Bhattarai, Executive Head, provided training on workplace risk management. Issuing a press statement, the microfinance company said that the program was conducted in the presence of microfinance experts, and representatives of IT, money transfer and insurance sectors. Asha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha, a national level microfinance company, aims to provide microfinance services to less-fortunate women through modern means. The microfinance company aims to open 7 new branches around the country soon, added the statement.
