Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Distributed 8% Bonus Shares to Demat Accounts

Arun Valley Hydropower Development Company Limited (AHPC) has distributed 8% bonus shares directly to the DEMAT account of its shareholders respectively and urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company endorsed an 8.421% dividend worth Rs. 21.11 Crores from its 25th AGM held on 27th Magh for the fiscal year 2078/79. The board of directors meeting on Mangsir 16 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 1.72 Arba. 8% bonus shares worth Rs. 13,83,67,600 and 0.421% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs. 72,81,595 were proposed. Note that the bonus shares are already listed in NEPSE.
Shareholders will have to dematerialize their shares at Muktinath Capital Limited, Naxal, Kathmandu.
