Arun Kabeli Power Limited (AKPL) has decided to sell 3,00,000 units of shares it holds in Ingwa Hydropower Limited through the secondary market.
The decision has been made per Clause 11 of the "Electricity Regulatory Commission's Directive on Public Offering and Regulation of Shares of Electricity-Related Companies, 2078," which mandates prior notice to the public for such transactions.
This 15-day public notice has been issued to inform the general public about the share sale process as per regulatory requirements. The notice has been published under the authorization of the Board of Directors of Arun Kabeli Power Limited, located in Thapathali, Kathmandu.
