Arun Finance Company Ltd has officially started transaction as Hathway Finance Company Ltd from Chaitra 2, 2074 following the endorsement decision from the 21st AGM of then Arun Finance held on Poush 21, 2074 and as per the formal letter of approval from the office of Company Registrar dated Falgun 30, 2074.
With the amendment in its name, the national level finance company has also brought changes into its capital structure as it has issued capital of Rs 84 crore. The finance company which has 3 branches has earned profit of 87 lakh by the end of 2nd quarter of current FY.
