Arga Bhagbati Ventures Partners with Kumari Capital for Public Listing and Solar Project Advancement

Arga Bhagbati Ventures Pvt. Ltd. has signed an agreement with Kumari Capital Limited to manage the process of transitioning the company to public listing through Kumari's "Way to Listing" institutional consulting service. This includes coordinating with regulatory bodies for the public issue process.

Arga Bhagbati Ventures is currently developing a 10 MW solar power project in Arghakhanchi, intending to support national economic growth and promote clean energy. Prime Commercial Bank Limited has also completed financial closure as the project’s financial manager. The agreement was signed by Kushal Thapa, Chairman of Arga Bhagbati Ventures, and Pushpa Sharma, CEO of Kumari Capital.
