Araniko Dev Bank’s 10th AGM today; to endorse 36% right & 10% bonus share

Araniko Development Bank Limited (ARDBL) is convening its 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) today (Falgun 21, 2072). The AGM is going to be held at Laliguras foodland, Dhulikhel-6, Buspark at 11:00 AM. Main agendas of the AGM are:

• To approve 10 percent bonus share and 0.53 percent cash dividend for tax purpose from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To endorse 36 percent right share after bonus share is issued.
• After issuance of bonus share to increase issued capital and amend article of association accordngly.
• Authorized BOD to initiate merger/acquisition process with other BFI.
• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other Agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of 2071/72, appointment of auditor and to endorse help provided to earthquake victim. Araniko Development Bank had published notice of postponement of its 10th AGM to 21st Falgun, 2072. 10^th AGM of ARDBL was postponed from Poush 02, 2072. However, the book closure date for the AGM and dividend has not been changed. Only those shareholders owning shares till Mangsir 16 is entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders has been closed from Mangsir 17, 2072 till Poush 2, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming AGM. Araniko Development Bank earned 35.97 lakh in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2072/73.
