Appointment of new directors in Janaki Finance and Garima Bikash Bank

Janaki Finance Company Limited (JFL) and Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) has appointed new directors. As per the notice published in NEPSE today, the 21st AGM of the company has appointed new directors Mr. Raghunath Prasad Shah, Mr. Amarnath Gupta and Mr. Ashok Kumar Jalan from promoter shareholders side. Likewise, from ordinary share holder side, Mr. Mahabir Kumar Sultaniya and Mr. Deep Narayan Shah are also appointed as new directors of the company. Also, the 11th AGM of GBBL has appointed Dr. Bhupendra Bahadur Khadka and Mr. Sanjeeb Dhakal as new directors from ordinary shareholders side.
