Api Power Limited signs an agreement with NEPSE to lists 1 crore unit shares; Trading to start after Chhat

Api Power Limited and Nepal Stock Exchange have signed an agreement to list 1 crore shares of Api  Power Limited. Api Power Company Limited had floated its Initial Public Offering (IPO) of 30,00,000 unit shares to general public from Ashad 24 to Ashad 28, 2072. The issue manager of the IPO issue was NIBL Capital Markets Limited. The hydropower company floated  30,00,000 unit shares for General Public (Out of which 90,000 unit shares set aside for its employees and 1,50,000 unit shares set aside  for the 6 mutual fund companies). 10,00,000 unit shares were floated  for the locals of the project affected areas. 60,00,000 unit shares are owned by promoter shareholders. Altogether 1 core unit shares have been distributed and listed in Nepal Stock Exchage Limited. The agreement was signed by Sita Ram Thapalia, Chairman of Nepse and Sanjeev Neupane, a member of BoD of Api Power Company Limited. As per the rules, The shares will be traded  7 days after publicizing the agreement in daily publication. Thus the trading of Api power will start after chat festival. After the listing of shares of Api Power Company Limited, a total number of companies in hydroelectricity sector at NEPSE have reached 8 and total number of companies listed at NEPSE has reached 233.   API Power
