Api Power Company SGM on Chaitra 27; to endorse 1:2 right share

Api Power Company Limited (API) will be convening its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 27 Chaitra , 2072 . The company’s SGM will be held at Trade Tower Nepal Second Floor , Thapathali, Kathmandu at 9:00 AM.
The main agendas of SGM are:
- To discuss on investment of shares in 75 MW Siddhkali Power Company Limited
- To discuss on constructing 8 MW from upper Naugad and Upper Chameliya to generate 40 MW electricity.
- To increase authorized, issued and paid up capital of the company.
- To endorse 1:2 right share for construction of hydro power projects.
- To transfer the right share.
- To amend the article of association and memorandum of association as directed by Nepal Rastra Bank.
- Authorize BOD to pledge loan for the construction of hydropower projects.
