Api Power and NEA sign on PPA for 2 solar power projects; NEA to purchase 1 unit for Rs 7.30

Api Power Company and Nepal Electricity Authority have signed on a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) for the currently under construction two solar projects.

As per the PPA made on Bhadra 03, 2075, the NEA has agreed to purchase the electricity at Rs 7.30 per unit for 25 years.

Jagadishwar Man Singh from Nepal Elecricity Authority and CEO of Api Power, Sanjeeb Neupane had signed on the agreement.

Two projects with a capacity of 1 MW each is under construction in Dhalkebar of Dhanusha and Simara of Bara.
