Ankhukhola Hydropower's AGM rescheduled for Magh 14, 2076; Venue at Naxal Banquet

Ankhukhola Hydropower Company (AKJCL) will be convening its 11th and 12th AGM on Magh 14, 2076 at Naxal Banquet, Kathmandu from 11 AM onwards.
The company has previously declared AGM on Poush 28, 2076. However, due to less than required attendance the meeting had to be rescheduled.
The agendas for the meeting are:
- Approval of the annual report to be presented by the Chairman.
- Approval of the audited financial statements for the year 2075/76.
- Appointment of the auditor for 2076/77 and determination of the remuneration.
- Election/appointment of 2 Directors from ordinary shareholders' group including one woman.
The book closure was on Poush 17, 2076.
