Ankhukhola Hydropower reduces net loss to Rs.2.61 Crore in the third quarter; minimal fall in earnings from sale of electricity

Ankhukhola Hydropower Company Limited (AKJCL) has published the Q3 financial report for the FY 2075/2076.

According to the report, its net loss stood at Rs 2.61 crore in the third quarter of fiscal year 2075/76, which was Rs 3.54 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous fiscal year 2074/75.

The company has earned Rs 15.90 crore through the sale of electricity in Q3 of the current fiscal year; whereas, it was Rs 16.08 crore in the same quarter of the last fiscal year.

Its current paid up capital stands at Rs 80 crore with negative Rs 21.38 crore in reserve fund. It posted negative earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 3.26 while net worth per share has further fallen to Rs 73.27.
