Amidst Uncertainties Created by the Pandemic, Nadep Laghubitta Postpones AGM till Further Notice

NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has postponed its upcoming AGM.

The company had called its 6th AGM on 7th Jestha, 2078. The AGM was to be held in Raniban Party Palace, Kathmandu, starting at 11 am that day.

These were the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorse the annual report, financial reports, and auditor's report for the fiscal year 2076/77.
2) Endorse the appointment of the auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
3) Discuss conversion of promoter shares to change the shareholding ratio from 70: 30 to 51: 49.
4) Misc.

However, because of the uncertainties created by the pandemic, the AGM is halted until further notice.

The trading of the company is halted from Poush 16. Thus, investors maintained till that day are eligible to attend the AGM. Chitwan - based Deprosc Laghubitta has signed an initial agreement to acquire Dhading based Nadep Laghubitta on Poush 15, 2077. Trading of NADEP is halted for the acquisition procedure.
