Amendment in Securities Act, 2063 bill presented in Parliament; See what changes are being proposed
FM Dr. Khatiwada had presented 4 new bills in the Parliament. Among them, one is related to amendments in the Securities Act, 2063.
The amendment proposes 6 new sections, change in name of one section and so on. The bill needs to pass from House of Representatives and House of Assembly, after which it will be signed by the President and finally becomes an Act.
