Allotment for "NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II" Is Now Completed; Here's the Allotment Module

"NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II" has allotted the units to applicants.

NIBL Ace Capital Limited opened the IPO issue of "NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II" from 13th Baisakh. The issue closed on 16th Baisakh, 2078.

NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II is a mutual fund scheme initially worth Rs 1.2 Arba. Considering that each unit of a mutual fund has a face value of Rs. 10, twelve crore units were issued. NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II is a closed-end mutual fund scheme with a maturity period of 10 years. Out of the total 12 crore units, 10 lakh units were reserved for the issue manager NIBL Ace Capital. Similarly, 2.3 crore units were reserved for the fund promoter Nepal Investment Bank. The remaining 9.6 crore units were then issued for the public.

The issue received 67,076 total applications for a total of 15,63,03,990 units. Since the issue was oversubscribed, the fund has now been resized to be worth Rs. 1.5 Arba. 29 crores worth of "NIBL Samriddhi Fund - II" was allocated to fund promoter Nepal Investment Bank and 1 crore worth of fund to the fund manager NIBL Ace Capital.

A total of 64,481 applicants from the general public have been allotted.
