All Company Registration Processes to Go Online Starting 15th Asoj

The government had previously announced its plan to transition services such as company registration and renewal to an online platform during the current fiscal year. With the development of the necessary software underway immediately after the budget allocation, the commencement of online company registration is scheduled for the 15th of Asoj.

While additional software development work is ongoing, starting from Asoj 15, companies and related offices will be able to initiate the registration process online. To facilitate this transition, a notice has been issued to all stakeholders involved in company registration and renewal, urging them to make the necessary preparations.

The office has also requested that all required documents and digital signatures be submitted to enable the complete digitization of company-related procedures. Even though certain aspects of company processes will still require physical presence, companies are advised to initiate the essential steps for digital operations, as per the instructions from the company registrar's office.

Furthermore, the office has called upon company registration and administrative organizations to prepare for the upcoming transition to online company registration procedures.
