Ajod Insurance Limited to convene first AGM on 30th Asadh, 2076; company to issue IPO for the general public soon

The 57th BOD meeting of Ajod Insurance Limited has decided that the first AGM of the company will be held on 30th Asadh, 2076 (15th July, 2019) at Prithvi Hall World Trade Center, Tripureshwor from 4 PM onwards.
The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial highlights for the year 74/75 and to appoint statutory auditor for the year 75/76. The AGM will also provide authority to the BOD to proceed with IPO issuance for the general public.
