Ajod Insurance appoints Kumari Capital as its Registrar to Share

Ajod Insurance has appointed Kumari Capital to function as its registrar to shares (RTS).
The agreement for the same was signed on Asar 30, 2079 between the CEO of the insurance Mr. Kumar Bahadur Khattri, and the CEO of the Merchant banker Mr. Aswin Babu Shrestha, as per the statement.
