Agricultural Development Bank appoints three new directors approved by the 12th AGM; NEPSE published a circular

In a circular published today on Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE), Agricultural Development Bank Limited (ADBL) has informed the investors regarding the appointment of new directors in the Board of Directors.

As per the notice, the 12^th AGM held on Chaitra 15, 2075, has approved the appointment of three new directors in the BOD. They are, Mr. Sanjeev Poudel (Bharatpur, Chitwan), Mr. Hari Prasad Parajuli (Pokhara) and Mr. Binod Kumar Guragai (Kavre).

The appointed of new directors comes after the tenure completion of Director Manoj Basnet and Director Ghanshyam Awasthi.
