Adhikhola Laghubitta Sanstha conducts 1st AGM; unanimously elects the board members

Syangja based Adhikhola Laghubitta Sanstha has conducted its first Annual General Meeting (AGM). The AGM which was chaired by the President of the microfinance Mr. Naresh K.C. has discussed and endorsed the reports from the president and from the auditor. Issuing the press statement, the microfinance informs that 5 board members have also been unanimously elected from the same AGM among whom Mr. Naresh K.C. as President and Mr. Dipen Thapa, Mr. Kehar Singh K.C., Mr. Durga Dutta Bhushal and Mr. Krishna Prashad Paudyal as the board members. The microfinance company has been serving its 7000 customers through 14 branches located in 8 districts and intends to expand to 2 more districts in the current fiscal year, reads the press statement.
