Adhikhola Laghubitta Calls AGM; Company is in Merger Process with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta

Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited has called its 4th AGM on 31st Ashad, 2078. The meeting will be held in Hotel Gaubesi, Synagja, starting at 11: 30 am that day.
1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the board of directors.
2) Endorsement of the report for the fiscal year 2076/77 prepared by the auditor.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2077/78 and approval of their compensation.
Ashad 15 is the book closure date. However, Adhikhola Laghuubitta Bittiya Sanstha has signed MoU with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the merger and the trading of AKBSL has been halted since Poush 3, 2076. Nonetheless, the books of the company will remain closed from Ashad 15, 2078 till the date of AGM.
