Adhikhola Laghubitta to convene 3rd AGM on Ashad 22; company is in merger with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta

The 101^th BOD meeting of Adhikhola Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (AKBSL) has decided that the 3rd AGM of the company will be held on Ashad 22, 2077 (July 06, 2020) at Hotel Gaubesi, Waling, Shyanga from 11:30 AM onwards.

The agenda of the AGM is to endorse the audited financial statement of FY 75/76 and appoint a statutory auditor for FY 76/77. The AGM will also make necessary amendments to AOA and MOA of the company.

Adhikhola Laghuubitta Bittiya Sanstha has signed MoU with Dhaulagiri Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha for the merger. Following the announcement, the trading of AKBSL has been halted in NEPSE since Poush 3, 2076. The books of the company will remain closed from Ashad 8, 2077 till the date of AGM.
