Ace Capital successfully conducted its 7th AGM; approves 52% cash dividend

Ace Capital Limited has successfully conducted its 7^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Ashwin 24, 2074. As per the press release published by the company yesterday, Ace Capital has approved to issue 52% cash dividend from the profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2073/74. This year the merchant banker has provided 4 times more dividend compare to previous year. Moreover, the authorized BOD of the company has completed necessary procedure for the acquisition process by NIBL Capital Markets Limited.
