Aarambha Microfinance’s 3rd AGM on Kartik 18; issuing 2.94 lakh unit IPO shares

Aarambha Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited will be conducting its 3rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 18, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Regional office , Banepa – 10, Kavrepalanchowk at 10:00AM.
The main agendas of the AGM are:
- To endorse the decision for issuing 2.94 lakh unit Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 2.94 crore.
- To extend the working areas.
- To endorse the decision for transfer of ownership incase of right shares issue.
- To amend the Memorandum of Association (MOA) and Articles of Association (AOA).
