Aarambha Microfinance 1st AGM successfully conducted

Aarambha Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has successfully conducted its 1^st Annual General Meeting on Baisakh 25, 2073.The AGM was held at the central office of the finance company. The agendas of the AGM included financial highlights of Fiscal Year 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. Also the AGM elected promoter shareholders. At present the microfinance company has paid up capital of Rs 5 crore, issued capital Rs 2 crore and paid up capital Rs 1.2 crore. It has collected deposits of Rs 12 lakh and has floated Rs 3 crore in loans and advances. The finance company has 6 branch offices spread over in 10 districts. It is expanding 7 more branch offices very soon.
