9th AGM of Nepal Merchant Bankers' Association concludes; CEO of Siddhartha Capital appointed as Chairman
The 9th AGM of Nepal Merchant Bankers’ Association was held on Mangsir 22, 2075 at Narayanchau, Naxal. The AGM has finalized the audited financial statements for FY 2074/75 and has appointed the auditor for the same. Similarly, the AGM has elected a 9-member working committee.
The CEO of Siddhartha Capital, Mr. Dhurba Timilsina, has been appointed as the chairman. Similalry the GM of NIBL Ace Capital, Mr. Megh Bahadur Thapa, has been appointed as the Vice-chairman. Likewise, CEO of Sunrise capital, Mr. Bijaya Lal Shrestha, takes the place of Secretary and the CEO of Global IME Capital, Mr. Parasmani Dhakal, takes the place of Treasurer.
