9.50% Bonus Shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited Listed In NEPSE

49,28,302.71 unit bonus shares of Garima Bikas Bank Limited (GBBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 22nd AGM on Poush 29, 2080, and endorsed a 10% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 9.50% bonus shares worth Rs. 49.28 crores and a 0.50% cash dividend (tax purposes) worth Rs 2.59 Crores were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 5.18 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
GBBL closed at Rs. 382.10 yesterday.
