92,50,469 unit FPO shares of Himalayan Bank Limited (HBL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The bank issued 92,50,469 units of FPO shares to the general public at Rs 157 per share (Rs 57 premium) from 32nd Ashadh to 4th Shrawan, 2082, from the paid-up capital of Rs 21.65 Arba. The same FPO shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, the company has an LTP of Rs. 205.24.
