"8.75% Prime Debenture 2085" Opening From 19th Falgun

Prime Commercial Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue "8.75% Prime Debenture 2085". The Debenture will open for application from 19th Falgun to 23rd Falgun, 2077. If the issue is not fully subscribed by the closing date, the deadline can be extended till Chaitra 04.

35,00,000 units will be issued at Rs.1000 per unit. As the name suggests, this debenture will pay 8.75% interest/ returns to investors annually. Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units and a maximum of 5,00,000 units.
