8.50% BOK Debenture 2086 Now Listed in NEPSE

16,00,000 units of 8.50% BOK Debenture 2086 of Bank of Kathmandu Limited are now listed in NEPSE.

Bank of Kathmandu Limited had issued 16,00,000 units worth of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086" from Mangsir 24.

The par value of the debenture is Rs.1000 per unit. From the total 16 lakh units of "8.5% BOK Debenture 2086," 6.4 lakh units were opened to the public. This included the 32,000 units (5% of issue) allocated for mutual funds. The remaining 9.6 lakh units were to be subscribed via private placement.

As the name suggests, 8.50% BOK Debenture 2086 will yield 8.5% annual returns to unitholders and mature in the year 2086 B.S.
