80% Right Shares of City Hotel Listed in NEPSE

1,33,92,000 unit right shares of City Hotel Limited (CITY) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company issued 80% right shares i.e., 1,33,92,000 (1:0.8) units of right shares, to its existing shareholders from 12th Ashwin to 26th Ashwin, 2082. The paid-up capital was Rs. 1.67 Arba. After adjusting the proposed right share i.e., 13,192,000, the company's paid-up capital increased to Rs. 3.01 Arba. The same rights shares are now listed in NEPSE.
As of writing, CITY has an LTP of Rs. 527.
