80% & 50% Right Share of Nepal Bangladesh Bank & First Microfinance added respectively in SEBON right share pipeline for approval

Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) and First Microfinance Development Bank Limited (FMDBL) have been added in Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) right share pipeline for approval to issue 10:8 (80%) and 2:1 (50%) right share respectively. Global IME Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager for both right share issue. Nepal Bangladesh 22nd AGM held on Kartik 8, 2073 had approved 80 % right share 32,094,069 units to its existing shareholders. The same meeting has also approved 32% bonus share to its shareholders. Nepal Bangladesh Bank has earned net profit of Rs 22.50 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 It’s paid up capital remains at Rs 4.01 arba and after issuance of 80 percent right share it’s paid up capital will reach Rs 7.22 arba. Its last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 724 as on December 22, 2016. Similarly, First Microfinance 7th AGM held on Ashwin 19, 2073 had approved 80 % right share 1,322,500 units to its existing shareholders. The same meeting has also approved 15% bonus share to its shareholders. First Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 1.50 crore in the first quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 .It’s paid up capital stands at  Rs 26.45 crore and after the issuance of 50% right share  the paid up capital will rise to Rs 39.67 crore. Its last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 940 as on December 22, 2016.
