7th AGM of Growmore Merchant Banker conducted

Growmore Merchant Banker Limited has successfully conducted its 7th AGM yesterday (Jestha 31, 2073).
The Annual General Meeting approved of 20% cash dividend to its shareholders. Also the AGM approved to change the name of the company from Growmore Merchant Banker Limited to Prabhu Capital Limited.
The current office of Growmore Merchant Banker will be shifted from Durbarmarg to Kamaladi stated the press release.
