7.01 Lakh Promoter Shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Converted; Shareholding Ratio Changed To 61.01: 38.99

701,005 units of promoter shares of Mirmire Laghubitta Bittya Sanstha Limited (MMFDB) have been converted into public shares making the promoter-to-public shares ratio of the company 61.01: 38.99.

As of now, the company has 6,657,643 unit shares listed in NEPSE. Likewise, the shareholding structure consisted of promoters (71.00%) i.e. 4,762,833 units, and the public (29.00%) i.e. 1,894,810 has now been converted to 61.01% or 40,61,827.83 units Promoter shares and 38.99% or 25,95,814.90 Public shares.

MMFDB closed at Rs. 615 yesterday.
