1,51,69,166.5 unit bonus shares of Laxmi Sunrise Bank Limited (LSL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 23rd AGM on 26th Poush, 2080 (11th January 2024), and endorsed a 7.37% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 7% bonus shares and 0.37% cash dividend (including tax) were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
LSL closed at Rs. 356.00.
