6 broking firms suspended for a week in NEPSE due to delay in submitting audited reports

The trading of the following broking firms has been suspended in Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) as per the directive from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON).
Premier Securities (32)
Market Securities (5)
Arun Securities (3)
J.F. Securities (7)
Sumeru Securities (39)
Sundhara Securities (52)
As per an official of SEBON “We have requested NEPSE to suspend the trading of these 6 brokerage firms as the companies are yet to provide their audited financial reports till Ashwin end. Also they did not submit any application in SEBON to extend the deadline for the submission of their reports.”
Hence we have requested NEPSE to suspend the broking firms for seven days.-added the official.
The trading of the companies will be resumed after a week if they submit their financial reports.
