6% Bonus Shares of Progressive Finance (PROFL) Listed in NEPSE

4,80,060 unit bonus shares of Progressive Finance Limited (PROFL) have been listed in NEPSE.

The 25th AGM of the company held on 16th Chaitra, 2078 endorsed 6.3158% dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. The board of directors had decided to distribute the dividend from the existing paid-up capital of Rs. 80.01 crores. 6% i.e 4,80,060 unit bonus shares and 0.3158% cash dividend was proposed. The bonus shares are worth Rs. 4,80,06,000 and the cash dividend is worth Rs. 25,26,631. The cash dividend is proposed for tax on bonus shares. The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.

Poush 19 was the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout. PROFL closed at Rs. 216.50 yesterday.
