57,192 Promoter Shares of National Life Insurance (NLICL) in Auction From Today

NIC Asia Bank is auctioning the promoter shares of National Life Insurance Company Limited (NLICL) from today. The auction has opened today, i.e. on Poush 28, and will close on Magh 05 at the end of banking hours.

57,192 promoter shares of NLICL are being auctioned. Individuals, institutions, and companies are all eligible to bid for the auction.

Rs. 387.3 is the minimum bid rate for the shares. While the minimum bid quantity for shares is 100 units, there is no upper limit for both shares. Although bidders can bid for the entirety of the issue, they are required to abide by Nepal Rastra Bank's rule to not exceed the specified quantity of shares per entity.
