50% right shares of Gurans Life Insurance listed on NEPSE; total of 2.97 Million units made tradeable

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding the listing of right shares of Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited (GLICL).

As per the notice published 2,970,000 Units Right Share of Gurans Life Insurance Company Limited has been listed on the stock exchange. These shares can now be freely traded in the secondary market.

GLICL had distributed 50% right shares at the face value of Rs.100 per share. The paid up capital of the company as of the end of fourth quarter stands at Rs.92.94 Crore.
