50% right share of Prabhu Insurance added in SEBON right share pipeline

Prabhu Insurance Ltd. (PRIN) has been added in Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) right share pipeline for approval to issue 50% right share. Prabhu Capital Limited has been assigned as the issue manager the right share issue. Prabhu Insurance’s 21^st AGM held on Kartik 12, 2073 had approved 50 % right share of 1,925,078.81 units to its existing shareholders. The same meeting has also approved 17% bonus share to its shareholders. Prabhu Insurance has earned insurance premium of Rs 24.27 crore till the first quarter of the current FY 2073/74. Its last traded price (LTP) stood at Rs 1,073 as on January 16, 2017.
