5 companies list 24.82 lakh units bonus share; Prabhu Insurance converts 2.95 lakh units promoter share into ordinary share

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has listed 24, 82, 057 units of bonus share of five different companies today (Ashad 12, 2073) for trading. Prabhu Insurance has converted its 2,95 ,898 units  of promoter shares into ordinary share converting its promoter/public ratio to 51:49. Now the investors holding bonus share of these five companies can sell their shares. Listing of Bonus Shares of Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd. 7, 09, 500 units bonus share of Siddhartha Development Bank Ltd. has been listed for trading. Siddhartha Development Bank 15th &16^th AGM held on Poush 30 had endorsed 11% bonus shares to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. 1,00,000 units bonus share of Laxmi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. has been listed for trading.4^th AGM of the microfinance company approved 10 % bonus share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. 5,72,000 units bonus share of Rural Microfinance Development Centre Ltd. has  been listed for trading. The microfinance company’s 14^th AGM held on Poush 27, 2072 had approved 10% bonus share to its shareholders.   Listing of Bonus Shares of Nepal Insurance Ltd. 2,38, 050 units bonus share of Nepal Insurance Co. Ltd. has  been listed for trading.66^th AGM of the insurance company held on Kartik 23, 2072 had distributed 9% bonus share to its shareholders   Listing of Bonus Shares of Premier Insurance Co. Ltd. 8, 62, 507 units Bonus Shares of Premier Insurance Co. Ltd. has been listed. The insurance company’s 22nd  AGM had endorsed 30% bonus share to its shareholders from the net profit it earned in FY 2071/72.   Conversion of share of Prabhu Insurance Limited 2,95,898 units promoter share of Prabhu Insurance Ltd. has been converted to public leaving promoter to public ratio 51:49.
