5% Bonus Shares of Soaltee Hotel Limited Listed in NEPSE

44,23,864 unit bonus shares of Soaltee Hotel Limited (SHL) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 49th AGM on 26th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 31.58% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 5% bonus shares and 26.57894737% cash dividend were proposed. 5% bonus shares worth Rs 44,235,753 and 10 % cash dividend worth Rs 235,147,950 were proposed.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
SHL closed at Rs. 438.00 yesterday.
