5% bonus shares of Kanchan Development Bank Limited get listed on the secondary market

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a circular regarding the listing of bonus shares of Kanchan Development Bank Limited (KADBL).
As per the notice published, 253,000 Units Bonus Shares of Kanchan Development Bank Limited has been listed on the stock exchange market. These shares can be freely traded in the secondary market.
The development bank had issued 5% bonus shares and 6.29% cash dividend from the profits of FY 75/74.
