5% Bonus Shares of Citizens Life Insurance Company Listed In NEPSE

18,75,000 unit bonus shares of Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited (CLI) have been listed in NEPSE.
The company convened its 7th AGM on 14th Magh, 2080, and endorsed a 5.2632% dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. 5% bonus shares and 0.2632% cash dividend (tax purposes) were proposed from the paid-up capital of Rs. 3.75 Arba.
The same bonus shares are now listed in NEPSE.
CLI closed at Rs. 434.00 yesterday.
