4th AGM of Swadeshi Laghubitta to be convened on Poush 06; Dividends missing from the agenda

Swadeshi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SDESI) will be convening its 4th AGM on Poush 6, 2075. The meeting will be convened in the premises of Hotel Pathivara, Itahari-9, Sunsari at 11:00 AM.
The main agenda of the meeting include:
- Appointment of 1 director from the ordinary shareholders
- To provide authority to the BOD to take decision about the merger and acquisition
- To make changes in the MoA and regulations and to provide authority to the BOD to make further changes
Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of audited financial report for the FY 2074/75 and appointment of statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76.
For the purpose of the AGM, the shareholders register book of the microfinance company will be closed from Mangsir 21 till Poush 06, 2075 i.e. the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 20 will be eligible to participate in the AGM.
