4th AGM of NMB Microfinance on Mangsir 18; to endorse 25% bonus share

NMB Microfinance Bittitya Sanstha Limited will be holding its 4^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Mangsir 18, 2073. The meeting is going to be held at Hotel Shangrila Village Resort, Gharipatan, Pokhara, Kaski at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of the AGM are:

• To endorse 25 percent bonus share and 1.3158 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) share from the net profit it earned from the fiscal year 2071/72.
• To increase the authorized capital from Rs 20 crore to Rs 40 crore.

• After bonus share distribution, it’s paid up and issued capital will increase and to amend article of association accordingly.

• To amend article of association and memorandum of association as per directed by registrar officer or Nepal Rastra Bank.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of FY 2072/73 and appointment of auditor. Only those shareholders owning shareholders till Kartik 17, 2073 will be eligible for the dividend of the company. The register of the shareholders will be closed from Kartik 18, 2073 to till Mangsir 18, 2073. NMB Microfinance has earned net profit of Rs 94.85 lakh in the first quarter of current fiscal year 2073/74.
