"4% NMB Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2092/93" Opening From Jestha 09

NMB Bank Limited has published an offer letter to issue a bond titled "4% NMB Urja Rinpatra (Energy Bond) 2092/93." The bond issue will open from 9th Jestha and close on 12th Jestha, 2078. If not subscribed by then, the deadline can be extended till Jestha 23.

The total issue is for 15,00,000 units, with each unit having a par value of Rs. 1,000. While 9,00,000 units will be subscribed via private placement, 6,00,000 units will be offered to the general public, including a 5% quota for mutual funds.

Investors can apply for a minimum of 25 units to the entirety of the issue.
