3rd AGM of Ngadi Power on Kartik 29; to endorse 30% right share & 5% cash dividend

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) will be convening its 3^rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Kartik 29, 2073. The AGM is going to be held at Annapurna party Venue, Maitidevi, Setopul , Kathmandu at 11:00 AM. The main agendas of AGM are:

• To approve 10:3 (30%) right share and 5 percent cash dividend (for tax purpose) to its shareholders.
• To increase paid up capital after right share issuance and amend article of association accordingly.
• To authorize BoD for necessary amendment.

Other agendas of the AGM include financial highlights of FY 2072/73, appointment of auditor and election of 2 BOD members from public shareholders good. The register of the shareholders will be closed on Kartik 11, 2073 for one day. Only those shareholders buying shares till Kartik 10, 2073 are eligible for the cash dividend of the company. A separate book closure date will be published for the right share. Ngadi Power Group Limited had floated Initial Public Offering (IPO) worth Rs 9.73 crore (9, 73,737 lakh units shares) from Chaitra 21, 2072 till Chaitra 25, 2072.
